This week’s menu features:
Savory Roasted Leek & Artichoke Cheesecake with prosciutto and lemon‑artichoke confit, paired with bright Gabbiano Prosecco.

Lamb Meatballs & Eggplant Sugo, matched with the elegant Cala Civetta Ciliegiolo from coastal Tuscany.
