Haven’t done a post like this in a while but going to try to start doing them more regularly again!
Had this beer back in July during my first ever visit to The Seed; A Living Beer Project. Honestly, I cannot believe it took me that long to get to The Seed. This beer was excellent, The Seed was great and the bartender I had was even better.
Songs Like Trees - Kohia Nelson is a 7.3% Hazy IPA dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross, and then juiced up with Kohia Nelson kief (an aroma- and flavor-blast extract infused with passionfruit). This bad boy is bringing big time cuts of the freshest Southern Hemisphere smoothies, the exotic tropical grape orange juice medley that never made it to stores, bright passionfruit juice kissed grassy fields, and pomelo push pops. It’s quite a tsunami of fruit character
