We are Separatist Beer Project.

We emerged from humble beginnings—nomadic in practice but steadfast in ex*****on. And though we are still young, we have grown from a sole brewer to a band of partners bonded by a love of fermentation. Now we are rooted in Easton, where you will find us in the Separatist Blendery—a space we have dedicated to rustic brewing. We pride ourselves on utilizing foraged ingredients and building local partnerships, and we firmly believe that this is why our beer transcends the typical frosty pint. You can find our beer at the Separatist Bar + Bottle in Easton, or at the new Separatist South Philly located in the heart of Passyunk.
