We are the first craft brewery to open in Germantown, Philadelphia in over 100 years. Our mission is to brew quality craft beers with a focus on environmental and social responsibility. Our goal is to use our brewery as a force for good by sharing our prosperity with our employees and the community. We are a place where everyone can share their stories and build community over a few pints of locally brewed beer.

Cast of Characters Double West Coast IPA, ABV 8.3%

We LOVE this beer.

It is all about the balance. The medium bodied malty backbone is perfectly complimented with a healthy dose of Simcoe, Amarilllo, Cascade, and Centennial hops. Notes of pine, orange peel, and grapefuit with some caramelly sweatness.

It is strong, smooth, and clean.

West Coast IPA is where its at. Come get some!

Sage Against the Machine Gose returns!

Todd took brewery dog/ mascot Nina on a hike through Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area....and brought a couple cans of Sage Against the Machine Gose to chug.

Kettle soured and brewed with fresh sage and a little bit of sea salt, this traditional German style is tart, herbal, citrusy, and slightly salty. It is a very refreshing session sour ale that is perfect for your day hike, day drinking, post workout needs…or whenever you are just in the mood.
