Join us to enjoy some of Paso’s Greek wines with
Tuesday, May 26th from 5PM - 7PM, meet Manoli and James Boutzoukas as we feature a flight of their family’s hand-crafted wines from their Boutzoukas Family Estate Vineyards.

Boutz Cellars is a family story; a father and son embarking on a journey to build a legacy, both of whom have a passion for the outdoors, farming, and of course fine wine. Wine growers and winemakers with Greek roots, now planted on 52 acres within two estate vineyard sites located in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, growing 12 different varietals including multiple rare Greek varietals!
“Hard work, sustainable farming practices, and a focus on quality over quantity” is reflected in the wines and represents what their family legacy is being built upon.

We also can’t help but notice that their joyous Greek spirit is also reflected in their fun, approachable, and delicious wines!

PASO WINE FEST, our favorite event of the year!!! We were honored to be serving up our goat cheese stuffed dates & shucked over 1,000 oysters alongside our community of winemakers and local restaurants!
Every year this event continues to evolve and elevate while continuing to capture the fun vibe of Paso Robles, showcasing our vibrant wine and food scene and the passion and care behind it. Thank you for another incredible weekend! We can’t wait for next year! 🍷🍽️🎉

Join us with our friends from May 12th, 5-7pm who will be onsite pouring with us as we kickoff month and celebrate community together over some beautiful wines!

Chris and Nicole Haisma fell in love with Paso Robles over years of visits, drawn to its wine, community, and creative spirit. In 2020, they left Chicago to chase their California wine country dream, bringing their passion for food, design, music, and art with them. In 2022, they opened a Michelin-recommended restaurant known for its effortlessly cool, seasonal local farm focused, design-forward vibe. It wasn’t long before Nix Cellars was born, blending their love for winemaking with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.

Now with their tasting room in Tin City, they’ve created a space that reflects their style and love for great wine. They produce a diverse lineup—including Rosé, Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon—while organically farming their estate vineyard.

As another restaurant family raising young kids, to say we are inspired by them is an understatement!
Their wines are thoughtful, vibrant, expressive and delicious!

Join us for a special flight featuring April 28th, 5-7pm!

Named after their children, Zoe, Beck and Torin; a long-time dream was realized for Cliff and Christie Cate when they established Zobèto Wines in 2021 in the Templeton Gap Paso Robles AVA.

Now producing just 550 cases of wine, Cliff handcrafts his wines at Ciento Cellars using all Westside Paso Robles fruit sourced from friends and neighboring vineyards. Meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship goes into every bottle, resulting in wines of exceptional quality.

Zobèto is still early in its journey and that’s part of what makes it special. Their beautiful wines reflect their passion and their strive to create something truly impactful that reflects the values closest to their hearts, learning every day. They are building something intentionally, vintage by vintage, experience by experience, with family at the center of it all. 2026 will be a milestone vintage and the first harvest from their estate vineyard, where you can also visit their Tasting Room by appointment on Arbor Road!

Paul and Brian Lopez of Lopai Cellars, a father and son team dedicated to expressing the distinct character of Paso Robles through their Willow Creek District estate and other organically farmed vineyard sites. Paul’s mindful, soulful approach in the cellar results in wines of rare character, embodying each site’s delicate arrangement of savory, tart fruit, and spice.

Alongside them, husband and wife team Anthony and Hillary Yount of Kinero Cellars and The Royal Nonesuch Farm bring a seamless partnership of winemaking and viticulture. From their York Mountain estate, Royal Nonesuch Farm reflects a thoughtful, minimal approach—producing a singular estate red blend that lets the vineyard speak for itself. Through Kinero, their work extends across the Central Coast, crafting elegant, vibrant whites from meticulously farmed sites.

Pius represents an idea of devotion to craft and inspiring a feeling. A boutique winery, PIUS Estate is located in the Willow Creek District AVA in the former Zenaida Cellars space acquired in 2022.

Anthony’s winemaking philosophy is thoughtful and expressive, driven by a desire to create an experience that encourages people to slow down, engage their senses, and discover what lies beyond the obvious.

Committed to organic farming and certified sustainability, the vines are all hand-tended, dry farmed or deficit irrigated, reflecting their pursuit of crafting artisanal wines while providing great care for the land and broader community.

Molly will be joined by friends Nicole Pope, winemaker of and Grace Kegel, winemaker at pouring their expressions of Pinot Noir alongside Molly’s; creating an absolutely beautiful lineup of small production wines made from Pinot Noir!
