🍅 At 206 Alder, the "T" is the star of the BLT.

We know... most people think it's all about the bacon.

Not here.

For us, a great BLT starts with one thing: a perfectly ripe, locally grown tomato.

That's why you won't find our BLT on the regular menu.

Every week, we head to the Mountain Fresh Farmers Market to find the best tomatoes we can. If we find them, the BLT makes an appearance. If we don't... neither does the sandwich.

It's a little unpredictable, but we think that's exactly how seasonal food should be.

So if you've been hoping to catch one, your best bet is Wednesday or Saturday after the Farmers Market.

Fresh. Local. Seasonal.

Sometimes the best things really are worth waiting for. ❤️🍅
