Located west of Chicago in the heart of Oak Brook, Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse is a classic American steakhouse with a sprawling outdoor patio and expansive dining spaces. The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Gibsons Prime Angus is sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in the upper Midwest, corn-fed for up to 120 days and aged for a minimum of 40 days. Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef is sourced from the top 5% of all grass-fed cattle produced in Australia in terms of marbling, flavor and animal welfare. Gibsons also features fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive wine list and exceptional service. Celebrities, Chicago visitors and loyal neighborhood residents enjoy three distinct locations: Chicago, Rosemont and Oak Brook. Located west of Chicago in the heart of Oak Brook, this Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse location boasts an expansive patio, an alfresco bar and an array of private dining spaces, including The OAKS - a stunning 6,000 square foot dining expansion.
