Happy Sunday! We can't wait for our next Weekend Shift this next Sunday from 11AM-4PM at our place! Emery has been taken to Treehouse Brewing Company by her uncle Sam to see all things great about the east coast and celebrated a win in the final moments of Michigan's bout against USC (she's a fan thanks to her great Nonna and Grandpa).

We look forward to seeing everyone. Tap menu will have a New England IPA, west coast IPA, a session pale ale, and peach cobbler inspired sour for tasting and pairing with your requested pizza.

We still have plenty of room so message us or RSVP if you're interested in dropping by!

Happy Tuesday! We hope you are well. Reilly, Emery, and I will be hosting our second weekend shift involving scratch pizzas and homemade beers on Sunday, September 29th from 11AM-4PM at our place. We need everyone interested to please RSVP using the following Google form. We are incredibly stoked to be back together in Chicago and can’t wait for football season! Here’s to your Weekend Shift! Please keep in mind we will be limiting our gatherings to the first 30-40 people. Please feel free to extend the invite to your friends as well, just be sure they get on the list!

So we had a quick convo with Emery and realized that she indeed wants to have just one more Weekend Shift Scratch Brews & Pies gathering before her Dad heads off to do fun stuff with the Military in Maryland! Keep your notifications on for the next date and time! Can’t wait to repeat what we had this month!

Thank you to all who attended yesterday! We were happy to see that just about every pizza was tasted, every beer poured, and every fun time was had. We have a tentative plan to have YOUR next weekend shift in mid-late June. Stay tuned and positive!

Woowwee! Just like that two new recipes are born! The Belgian wit morphed into a Belgian tripel which we affectionately call "Snowmelter" at a solid 9.2% ABV (right).

And on the left (thanks to lack of supply for the yeast we wanted at the homebrew store) we have an old school take on a "hyped" and popular beer style, the hazy, or New England, IPA. We dub this beer, "Get Shwifty" as a nod to the recent hype surrounding the Chief's newest fan (keeping politics and Swifty opinions out of this).

These will continue to change over time but we always love innovation at Weekend Shift Scratch Brews & Pies!
