🏖️✨ Salsa Beach Party Recap ✨🏖️

What a day!

This weekend we traded Fort Adams for Second Beach, and it turned into one of our favorite socials yet.

We danced on the sand, welcomed dancers from communities across Rhode Island, enjoyed delicious empanadas, watched the sun dip below the horizon, and closed out the evening with sunset ruedas by the water. 🌅💃

A huge thank you to everyone who came out (Haley Wohlever, RILD- Rhode Island Latin Dance, Carlos Gonzalez) and made Second Beach our dance floor. Whether it was your first dance or your hundredth, we’re so glad you joined us!

From Fort Adams to the Providence Journal 🗞️🌊

This week, Newport Salsa Club celebrated a special milestone—we were featured in the Providence Journal!

Newport Salsa Club started with a simple goal: to bring salsa dancing to Newport County.

Over the past year, it’s become so much more than that. Watching people from all walks of life gather at Fort Adams to dance Cuban salsa, laugh, and build genuine friendships has been a dream.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. This recognition belongs to all of you. ❤️
