Join us at The Burren Public House on Thursday, 6 August at 8pm for an Intro to Stylistic Partner Dancing—a fun, welcoming evening exploring the fundamentals of Swing, Blues, Ballroom, and Fusion.

Whether you’ve never danced before or you’re looking to expand your social dancing repertoire, this class is designed to build confidence, connection, and musicality in a relaxed atmosphere.

Led by:
• Jake Park – 20+ years of swing dancing, competitions, performances, and instruction.
• Rae Mukon – 13+ years of Blues and Fusion dancing with extensive experience in both leading and following.

No partner required. All experience levels welcome.

Come learn something new, meet great people, and spend an evening dancing at one of Woodlawn’s favorite gathering places.

🇮🇪 COMING THIS AUGUST: INTRODUCTORY IRISH LANGUAGE CLASSES FOR KIDS! ☘️

We’re excited to bring free introductory Irish classes for children to The Burren Public House on Sundays this August!

Designed to make learning Irish fun, friendly, and engaging, these classes will introduce kids to the Irish language through games, songs, stories, conversation, and plenty of craic. No previous Irish needed, just come ready to learn and have fun!

These classes are ABSOLUTELY FREE, offered in partnership with Anseo, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting Irish culture and the arts in New York.
