🍷Wine Down Wednesday is here! Time to open doors! But before, let's Bust a Few Myths About Decant!
⭐ MYTH: "It's just a wine shop."
FACT: We're a wine bar, wine shop, tasting room, event space, and now home to a full tapas menu by Cru Table. Stop in for a glass, a bottle to go, a craft beer, a non-alcoholic wine, or stay for the evening.
⭐ MYTH: "It's always quiet."
FACT: We hear this one all the time😄 We have purposely designed a place for conversation and community and chill vibes. Great neighborhood spots become lively because people decide to make them part of their routine.
⭐ MYTH: "You have to know wine."
FACT: Absolutely not. We'll pour you a taste before you commit, offer half-ounce pours if you want to explore. Wine should be fun! We are not snobby and super chill vibes. Yes, we know wine but we want to share that passion with you!
⭐ MYTH: "They only have weird wines."
FACT: While we love European wines, you'll also find California favorites, approachable bottles, incredible values, craft beer, and something for every palate.
⭐ MYTH: "It's expensive."
FACT: Happy Hour starts at just $6 a glass, our retail prices are competitive, we never charge a corkage fee, and you save $8 when you take a bottle home! Never sacrificing quality. Yes, the place looks "fancy" but we believe you deserve a nice spot to enjoy wine!
And here's the one that's most important to us...
💜 YES, we're new to New Smyrna Beach.
We know this town has so many wonderful places to support, and we're simply grateful for the opportunity to become one of them. We're not trying to replace anyone's favorite spot—we're excited to become another place where neighbors gather, conversations happen, and memories are made.
We could have opened another location where we already had an established business and a built-in customer base. It probably would have been the easier choice. But we chose New Smyrna Beach because we fell in love with this community, this lifestyle, and everything this town has to offer. We didn't just open a business here—we invested our savings, our time, and our future here because we believe in this place.
Our hope isn't just to serve wine. It's to become part of the fabric of this community.
🌈 We've watched communities grow around our love of wine in other cities, with guests who still drive hours just to visit us and we are so thankful for all of them. We'd love the opportunity to build that same sense of community here.
We know there are plenty of wonderful places to spend your time and money, and we're simply asking for the chance to earn a spot on your list.
