Monday, we’re pouring five w**es from Orin Swift Cellars, the California w**ery founded by acclaimed w**emaker Dave Phinney.
Phinney made his name by challenging the traditional rules of California w**e. He’s the original creator of The Prisoner, and with Orin Swift, he became known for producing bold, expressive w**es with an unmistakable style.
So, what makes Orin Swift worthy of a tasting of its own?
These w**es start with carefully selected fruit from some of California’s premier growing regions, then are blended and crafted into the rich, concentrated, expressive style that has become an Orin Swift signature. Even the striking labels are intentional, the experience starts before the bottle is ever opened.
