South End Uncorked A modern speakeasy with a casual neighborhood vibe, South End Uncorked offers snacks, taps and a han all concocted with a South End UNCORKED twist.

South End UNCORKED, makes its home in the heart of downtown New Canaan and provides a new space for guests to take a break from their everyday lives. From the storefront it doesn’t look too out of the ordinary, however walk down the side alley and enter through a back entrance and the door opens to an intimate stylish bar with a modern speakeasy vibe. With quality and passion always a priority, proprietor and executive chef, Nick Martschenko, builds on his expertise offering delectable small plates- perfect for snacking or sharing- along with beer, sangria and wine, all served on tap! A superior, craft cocktail menu is highlighted with a nod to old school mixed drinks such as Long Island Ice Teas, Mai Tais, Amaretto Sours, etc. Guests can also enjoy an extensive “shot” program where partakers may pick their poison by the ounce. Stylish yet simply designed, the restaurant’s bar, high-tops and communal seating is the perfect neighborhood place to relax and imbibe solo or with friends. An outdoor patio provides additional space to enjoy snacks and taps and special events for fine-weather days. With an uncontrived authenticity, South End UNCORKED is a neighborhood escape where one can feel at home while enjoying a deliciously prepared cocktail and meal. South End Uncorked is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30pm - Late.
