For years, Hill Farmstead has been talked about as one of the best breweries in the world — not because of hype alone, but because of the precision, balance, freshness, and drinkability that define every beer they make. They quickly became our #1 destination brewery after visiting in 2019 while in Vermont picking a Whistlepig Barrel. We’re excited to finally pour them here in Mundelein!
At 5pm...
• Mary – Unfiltered German-style pilsner brewed with German hops and classic lager yeast. Crisp, floral, soft, and ridiculously refined with subtle lemony hop character
• Edward – The iconic Vermont Pale Ale. Unfiltered and dry-hopped with layers of citrus, pine, floral hops, and incredible balance
• Susan – American IPA brewed with Yakima Valley and New Zealand Riwaka hops, bringing bright citrus, tropical fruit, subtle pine, and a beautifully soft finish
• Double Citra – Single-hop Double IPA showcasing massive citrus intensity, orange zest, grapefruit, and juicy saturated hop character
• Double Nelson – Double IPA built around Nelson Sauvin hops with huge notes of white grape, gooseberry, tropical fruit, and dank hop depth
These are the kinds of beers people travel across the country for, and theyre available in your backyard for the 1st time!
