We had such a fantastic event on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the end of summer and to thank the wonderful community of Minocqua for a great first season! Thank you to AllState Liquor & Wine, Freixenet USA, and Angela Cleveland for helping us put this event together. We cannot wait to collaborate again in the future! ✨

Sunday calls for more bubbles. 🥂

Our French 75 Spritz is making a special appearance—bright, citrusy, and perfectly sparkling, served over ice with a beautiful lemon twist. It’s the kind of cocktail made for a slow Sunday afternoon, a catch-up with friends, or simply treating yourself.

We’ll also be pouring mimosas, so gather your favorite people and join us from 2-8pm for a little Sunday sparkle. ✨

2024 Umani Ronchi “Vellodoro” Pecorino, Italy — 100% Pecorino grape with notes of ripe orchard fruit, floral, and fresh saline on the finish.

2025 Paşaeli House White, Turkey — An easy, aromatic Turkish white blend with crisp citrus, ginger notes, and a distinct steely minerality. An off-menu wine!

2025 Paşaeli House Red, Turkey — A light-bodied, juicy red blend with bright black-fruit character, subtle savory notes, and soft tannins. An off-menu wine!

2024 Herdade do Rocim “Mariana” Tinto, Portugal — Vibrant and refreshing red blend with red berries, dark fruit, spice, and a smooth and savory finish.
