Phil has built more than a w**e shop. He’s built a place where people come to discover great w**e, hang out with friends, meet new ones, and, most importantly, feel like they belong.

He’s a boss, a w**e nerd, a storyteller, a risk-taker, a game-night competitor, a professional costume wearer, and someone who genuinely cares about the people who work alongside him. 🍷
