We’re talking our Fresno Guac Burger loaded with fresh guac, queso fresco, fresno & jalapeño peppers, and cilantro aioli on Stella’s spicy cheese bun, the Cream of Chicken over parmesan whipped potatoes with grilled purple local asparagus and roasted garlic sauce, and if you’re feeling bold… our spicy version of the Mexican Firing Squad with blanco tequila, habanero grenadine, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

This week's specials have everything we need! 🌞
Kicking things off with Curried Shrimp & Bok Choy Slaw — crispy fried curried shrimp served over a fresh crunch of bok choy, jicama, and bell pepper, all brought together with a carrot ginger coconut dressing.

Then our Maple Bourbon Beef Kebabs — fire-grilled Angus beef glazed in maple bourbon, plated with caramelized onions, popcorn cream, and sautéed purple asparagus.
