Kitchen Manager Clay decided to challenge Chef Kathryn to a little poutine competition… and Chef has already humbly admitted defeat. 😂

Clay’s creation: slow-braised lamb, caramelized onions, pickled red onion, feta, peas & homemade fries.

Path of Totality is back, babies! 🍻 ☕️ ☀️

We take our flagship IPA and condition it on Sunergos Coffee coffee beans for a brew that combines the best elements of IPA and cold brew coffee.

This go round we used Tanzania Peaberry Lyamungo, which imparts a blackberry and sweet cocoa aroma and flavor that blends especially well with the berry forward elements of Mosaic and the bright citrus of Cascade and Centennial hops.
