Summer is officially here.

Louisville kicked off the season with the 152nd Kentucky Derby. Staff placed their bets, ladies wore their hats, and gentlemen drank their bourbon. Nico’s crew ran through again this year in the cellar, and the Derby workers were finally able to take a load off and party the night away below, just like they do every year. We can’t wait to see them again.

With construction finally finished on the rooftop garden, guests were able to enjoy their drinks in the sky while the city rushed on below. But we’re not finished yet — keep your eyes peeled this summer for a whole other floor being built right above the rooftop garden.

With wedding season officially beginning, bachelors rolled through ready to experience an Old Fashioned you can only taste on Whiskey Row. Private events hosted plenty of wedding celebrations left and right, including the wedding of our very own Piano Joe’s daughter. Congratulations, Erika and Gina. We wish you nothing but a lifetime of happiness. You’re family.

Happy birthday to Kirstie. We love you, girl, and you make every Tuesday night a special one. ❤️

None of these amazing memories would be possible without the guests who come through our doors. It’s our greatest pleasure to form these connections, create amazing conversations, cheers to one another, and make memories that last.

April couldn’t have been better! It’s officially festival season downtown, and we’ve kept the fun going with live music and patio seating on both the main floor and in the cellar bar. Not to mention, rooftop seating is officially available after weeks of construction!

Happy birthday to our lovely Alicia this past month! We appreciate this queen for all the hard work she does!

Not only did Thunder rock the sky and streets this month, but we also hosted a public party in the cellar with Air Force pilots and a rocking band. Volleyball parents played in the pub while their girls played on the court. Golfers from all over traveled for a million-dollar cup. Spring Marketplace kicked off its season at the Expo Center, and the Great Clips Expo celebrated in our building. Riley Green tore it up at the Yum center and kept fans downtown all night!

With spring officially underway and the weather heating up, we’ve been blessed to meet so many new people through Louisville food tours, Derby workers, bachelor celebrations before the aisle, and more. It’s been a pleasure making memories with every guest who walks through our doors!

May has already started strong and we can’t wait for the rest!
