Dear Vino Bistro — now Falcon & Fig — Friends,

We wanted to send a quick update as we officially begin our transition into Falcon & Fig.

The restaurant will be closed today through Thursday this week while we put the finishing touches on our new menu, staff training, and all the exciting details that come with this new chapter.

We’ll have our soft opening this Friday beginning at 3PM as Falcon & Fig, for family, friends and regulars to come try our new menu and give us their candid opinion. We truly can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on.

We’re especially excited for everyone to experience our new Mediterranean-inspired menu, fresh cocktails, thoughtful wines, and the warm, lively atmosphere we’re creating here in Leesburg.

To celebrate our soft opening weekend, we’ll have live music Friday night from 7–9PM with Elden Street, followed by Julian Quander on Saturday from 6–9PM.

Our operation hours will be:
Tuesday–Sunday | 3PM–Close
And for all of our brunch lovers — don’t worry — brunch plans are already in the works, and we’re hoping to begin brunch service in July.

Thank you all so much for your continued support, excitement, and patience during this transition. We’re incredibly grateful for this community and can’t wait to welcome you back through the doors this Friday.
