We’re excited to introduce our new Executive Chef, Timothy Rampey!

Chef Rampey brings years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, including Masseria and Schwa, where he held chef leadership roles, as well as time at Chicago’s Green Zebra, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. He brings not only serious culinary experience, but also great energy, leadership, and a fresh point of view to the kitchen.

We’ve already started making updates to the menu, with new dishes like steak frites, tuna crudo, and chicken roulade — just to name a few. More changes are coming as Chef Rampey begins putting his own take on the menu, upcoming dinners, and the overall food experience at Echelon.

Keep checking back — the menu is evolving, and we’re excited for Leesburg to experience what Rampey is bringing to the kitchen.
