To our community: We would like to speak to our recent decision to end our business relationship with Ikaika. Earlier this week we decided to not renew their lease with us. This was not a decision that was easy for us to make, but it was necessary. We had good reasons for it. Our business relationship with them had deteriorated to the point where we did not see a path forward. These irreconcilable differences were the main reasons for our decision. This is not the fault of one or the other side, the fault lies with both.

Sadly, Ikaika chose to try to taint our name by insinuating in their posts that they are the sole victim here. Let us assure you that they are not without blame here.

It is true that in the heat of the moment we deleted a few comments on our post and blocked a couple of people because of their comments. That was a mistake and we regret it. Our sincere apologies.

We have turned off comments for this post because we do not wish to enter into an online dialogue with those folks who disagree with our decision. The intent of this post is to simply inform our community of the truth.

We love this island and our community and we appreciate and are grateful for your support for the 10+ years since we opened our doors. We look forward to bringing you new, fresh food options, more delicious beer and exciting live music!

Exciting news! We have decided to expand the food options available to our customers. Starting mid-June we will have rotating food trucks/vendors! If you have any requests for a vendor, leave us a comment!
