We are a French inspired Northwest Bistro located in Langley on Whidbey Island. We have a full cocktail bar, outstanding wine list and a menu that changes with the seasons. We use as much locally sourced product as possible and have outdoor deck seating when the weather permits. We truly welcome families and pride ourselves as a fun and boisterous place to have a great time with friends. Happy hour daily from 3:00-6:00.

Next dive into our weekend dinner highlights. Don’t miss our burrata di bufala, a refreshing twist on a summer favorite. Featuring grilled black watermelon, crisp arugula, shaved red onion, and a zesty lemon-mint vinaigrette. Then, everyone’s favorite bone-in pork prime rib chop. Perfectly prepared and served alongside roasted asparagus and a bright, seasonal white nectarine and spring onion compote.

On the menu this weekend at Prima:

🍷 The Wine: 2025 Chateau Gassier Rolle, rich + bright, featuring notes of nectarine, flinty minerals, and a crisp, delicate acidity.
🍲 The Feature: A spectacular Cioppino packed with wild shrimp, dungeness crab, rockfish, and shellfish in a white wine, fennel, and Calabrian chili broth. Served with plenty of grilled baguette for dipping.
🌱 The Starter: Marinated Intimis Farms radishes tossed with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and fresh herbs.
🥚 The Takeaway: Take a piece of the farm home with you! Grab a dozen of our own farm-fresh eggs for the perfect weekend breakfast.
