Eno Terra is founded on the principle or regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers,fishermen, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. The menu is Italian in sensibility and features a wood burning grill, while the wine list focuses on Italy and the United States with an abundant representation from France a

nd Spain. Eno Terra, in line with the philosophy “Eat Local Drink Global,” brings together the best of local and regional markets and pairs the cuisine with the best wines from around the world! Eno Terra is steeped in history and sits on the oldest highway in America, King’s Highway, which was a center point of local commerce. Approximately 75 yards to the west of our front door is the bridge over the Millstone River which was destroyed by General George
Washington's troops to help thwart the British after Washington’s successful battle in Trenton in 1777. The restaurant itself is the site of the Fisk General Store and dates back to the 1860s. We are proud to point out that the original beams and original store foundation are still in use in our wine cellar (ask to see them when you visit). Eno Terra represents the Terra Momo Restaurant Group’s commitment to minimize the environmental impact and delivering a superior dining experience. We are a proud to hold a two star certification from the Green Restaurant Association.

A little refresh at Eno Terra

We’ve opened up the space with more light, lighter floors and walls, and revitalized some of our favorite furniture pieces. The goal? A more modern feel while keeping the integrity of this historic building. We’re letting our lush landscaping and spot right along the D&R Canal continue to be part of the experience.

More updates are coming soon, including new menu items we’re excited to share.

For this week, a quick reminder: we’re closed for lunch but open daily at 4PM for dinner.

And maybe the best update of all… we have a brand new AC system thanks to Redding's Plumbing & HVAC

We’re back… kind of.

Eno Terra is reopening today, but we’re still waiting on a few pieces of kitchen equipment, so for the next week, we’ll be open for dinner only with a limited menu — no lunch service just yet.

In the meantime, settle in with a glass of wine and enjoy a little taste of Eno Terra while we finish getting everything back in place.

Thank you for your support. We’re so happy to welcome our guests back again.

Tonight is our last dinner service before we temporarily close for renovations.

As many of you know, we’re replacing our HVAC system with a new, more efficient one, along with upgrading some kitchen equipment to better serve you for years to come.

Our goal is to reopen on August 7 and we look forward to welcoming you back with a refreshed space.

In the meantime, we hope you’ll visit our sister restaurants, mediterrarestaurant Teresa's Pizza | Wine Bar and Terra Momo Bread Company

HEAT WAVE UPDATE | PLEASE READ

Our historic building is one of the things that makes Eno Terra so special, but during periods of extreme heat, it becomes challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature—especially in our kitchen.

For the safety and comfort of our team and guests, Eno Terra will be closed for dinner today, Thursday, July 2.

We’re still open for lunch today, so we’d love to see you!

We plan to resume normal business hours on Friday and will also be open from 12–6 PM on the Fourth of July. 🇺🇸
