French Toast Sour 🍁🥃

Everything you love about cozy fall days, elevated with Warfield Sun Valley whiskey. Combine rich maple syrup and black walnut bitters with Idaho whiskey to create the ultimate seasonal cocktail.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
- 1.5 oz Warfield Sun Valley Whiskey⁠
- 1 oz Lemon Juice⁠
- .5 oz Maple Syrup⁠
- .5 oz Egg White⁠
- 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters⁠
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters⁠
⁠
To make: Dry shake all ingredients, then wet shake with ice. Double strain into a sour glass and score 6 dots of Angostura bitters into a feather pattern. ⁠

Real place. Real process. 🏔️🌾

Great whiskey starts long before it hits the barrel. Warfield is built on cold, clean alpine water from the Sawtooth range and locally grown Idaho barley.

We combine them inside traditional Scottish-made copper pot stills, then let the high-country climate take over by barrel-aging our spirits at 5,840 feet, where mountain air draws deep, complex flavors from the wood.

Every sip is a testament to true high-altitude craft. 🥃
