Meet our Staff Monday!
Meet Adelaide SmithMason!
Head Manager and owner of Enoteca.
With numerous years in the industry and coming from a family of restauranteurs, Adelaide is well equipped to handle any task that it thrown her way.
You’ll find her most nights in the front of house, but has recently been trained by our head chefs to help create some of the fantastic dishes served at Enoteca.

When she’s not busy overseeing everything that goes on at the restaurant she likes to spend time with her two children, husband, and dog Enzo!

We missed National Syrah drinking day last week because we were too busy enjoying our very own 2018 CH Syrah. This particular Syrah is a Double Gold winner from both ‘Wine Press NorthWest’ and ‘Idaho Wine Awards’.

If you are in Sun Valley, you can enjoy a bottle at one of our favorite restaurants, Enoteca! We promise you won’t be disappointed.

If you can’t make it there, stop by this weekend to pick up your very own bottle! It’s only available exclusively through our tasting room and we don’t want you to miss out! Come taste both of our Syrah’s side by side. We won’t tell you who’s winning this husband/wife competition but I’m sure you can guess!

Ramey Wine Cellars is pairing up with local favorite Town Square Tavern in Ketchum for a spectacular dinner on December 10, 2020. Chef Lyndsey Mason, daughter of restaurateurs Anne and Scott Mason and proprietors of the local eatery Enoteca, will prepare a meal inspired by flavors from the Mediterranean stretching from the Middle East to North Africa to Spain, Italy, and France. The casual ambiance of the Tavern, with its large communal table, soft lighting and warm wood accents, makes it the perfect gathering place for a party. Party ON!

Enoteca will be opening for limited distanced dine in service beginning this Tuesday May 26,2020! Please call us to reserve at (208)928.6280. And visit our blog below to read about our new safety protocols.

We have some good news this afternoon and have solidified dates for opening of the restaurants for distanced in-house dining. Enoteca will be first to open this coming Tuesday, May 26th at 5 pm. We are operating on state guidelines for distanced dining and as we do not have an outdoor area sea

Enoteca will remain on our takeout only schedule the week; serving every night from 430-8pm. We are working towards preparing our restaurant for in-house distanced dining- however we currently do not have a set date. Please keep up with our blog below or instagram for the latest updates.
