The Sun Valley W**e Company is a neighborhood restaurant and boutique w**e shop nestled in the heart of Ketchum, Idaho, where thoughtfully crafted dishes by executive chef Michael Bockleman meet an expansive collection of fine w**es and everyday favorites Match your w**e with an assortment of fine cheese from the menu then relax in front of the fire or outside on the patio with views of Baldy. We serve lunch and light fare Monday-Saturday featuring salads, panini, pizza, and a variety of ethnic appetizer plates.

FIVE YEARS. 🥂🍾

Five years of popping bottles, pouring really good w**e, sharing delicious food, and somehow getting to call this our job.

But more than anything, five years of all of YOU. Our regulars who became friends, visitors who come back year after year, w**emakers who’ve shared their bottles and stories with us, and the distributors and reps who have helped us find the w**es we love sharing with you.

Thank you for drinking with us, eating with us, supporting us, and trusting us as we’ve grown from a little w**e shop into a restaurant. We wouldn’t be here without you.

We always said that if we could make it to five years, we could make it to forever.

So here’s to five years and one day. 🥂

Wagon Days, Ketchum style. 🤠🐴

One of our favorite weekends of the year and one of those traditions that makes this little town pretty damn special.

Dexter grabbed his camera for the Big Hitch Parade and captured a few of the people, horses, wagons and moments that make Wagon Days what it is.

Already looking forward to next year. ❤️

Join us Tuesday, September 8 for a special evening with Three Sticks W**es featuring four vineyard-designate w**es from Sonoma, paired with a four-course dinner plus a welcome bite.

Beautiful Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, a menu created around the w**es, and a very good reason to spend a Tuesday night with us.

Let’s be honest…the glass matters 🍷✨

If you have come in recently and asked Crystal what w**es she is loving, there is a good chance you went home with a bottle of Hoquetus or stayed and enjoyed one with us.

Hoquetus (Hoquetus W**e Co.), which rhymes with lettuce, has become one of those producers she cannot stop recommending.

The w**ery comes from Robert Gomez, an Advanced Sommelier who toured internationally as a musician before studying enology and viticulture in Walla Walla. He makes thoughtful, beautifully balanced w**es that have plenty to say without shouting.

The 2023 Les Collines Vineyard Riesling is not the sweet Riesling many people expect. It is dry, bright, mineral, and wonderfully textured.

The 2022 Initials R.B.B. is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. It has dark red fruit, floral notes, and a savory side that makes the bottle disappear remarkably quickly.

As if the w**es weren’t interesting enough on their own, artist Cameron Cox created the incredible original labels.

Want to meet Hoquetus? We are currently pouring the Barrique-aged 2022 Blue Mountain Vineyard Cabernet Franc by the glass. 🍷

Okay, this one deserved a family photo. 😀

Four Grand Crus from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, all sitting on the same table in our little w**e shop in Sun Valley, Idaho.

DRC is one of those producers that w**e people spend years hoping to encounter. The w**es come from some of the most extraordinary vineyards in Burgundy, production is incredibly small, and bottles rarely make it very far into the wild.

So yes, having four of them here at once feels a little surreal.

Now we just need to get ours hands on the La Tâche 😏
