🚨 Pop-Up announcement 🚨

I’m incredibly happy to be back for my first pop-up, surrounded by some of the baddest Latina/Latino bartenders in KC, along with amazing creatives and DJs like , .l, and .
Not to mention the incredible food that will be served by and pastries by .
A big thank you to for providing a space for us to gather and, most importantly, raise money and awareness for what’s happening in our communities and how we can better support each other. Knowledge is power, and what better way to learn than by coming together and being in community.

Y’all… this year has taken us by surprise in so many ways. I know I’ve been a little absent, and I’m sorry 🙂‍↕️
I’ve been busy building toward the future dreaming about what this could be, what it could look like, and where we can take it. It’s been a lot. Challenging, scary, and mostly just very time consuming.
BUT!
We’re planning our pop-up comeback this year and what better way to do it than with the help of some friends. And I mean… a lot of friends. No, like seriously. A LOT. 😅
And yes, we’re making ALL the tropical/tiki drinks of your dreams.
We’ll be announcing more details on WEDNESDAY, but for now, mark your calendars. This pop-up isn’t just about drinks..it’s a fundraiser, with all proceeds going towards some of our favorite nonprofits in town.

Alrighty folks! Pre-orders end tomorrow by end of day!

We’ve been working hard to bring you the best gift for you or your loved ones this holiday season. I also want to take a moment to honor the history behind this cocktail. While Coquito’s exact origins aren’t fully documented, we do know it was born in Puerto Rico through a blend of cultures, resilience, and tradition. Its roots trace back to the island’s colonial era, where local Caribbean ingredients like coconut blended with Spanish holiday “ponche” styles—eventually evolving into the creamy, spiced Coquito we cherish today.

I feel incredibly honored to share my own interpretation of this drink, created in San Francisco in 2023 while I was representing/working at Last Rites. It’s wild to see how far this cocktail has come, how much love it’s received, and how it continues to grow. Being part of your holiday traditions year after year means more than I can ever express. Yes, I read every DM and message—believe me, I usually cry after lol.

After tomorrow, bottles will be available for pickup/sold at , and you can also enjoy it at their bar starting tomorrow!
