We’re ending summer with our dear friends at Blue Palm Tiki with a limited menu and some tasty drinks.
And by request, we’re bringing back a few TikiCat classics and showing off our 1965 Airstream Overlander out front 👀

PLUS, we’ll have an original cocktail featuring the new Kota Liqueur liqueur that you’re definitely going to want to try.

And for my fellow tiki enthusiasts! I’ll be selling some original TikiCat menus for you to take home... because somehow I still have SO MANY. Literally.

I’m incredibly excited to be part of AMERI’KANA this year. 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I’ll be serving cocktails in the VIP tent, and all proceeds from VIP ticket sales will benefit Eye of an Immigrant, an organization doing important immigration advocacy and community work here in Kansas City.

VIP Tickets Include:
* Air-conditioned VIP lounge with complimentary adult beverages for guests 21+
* Shaded VIP tent with views of both stages

Celebrate Amerikana is a free music and arts festival taking place on August 1 in Kansas City’s Historic Northeast.

August 10th is just around the corner! 🇨🇦🍹
I’m incredibly excited to be part of Toronto Cocktail Conference alongside my dear friend Adrienne Desire Stoner of .
Join us from 2:00–3:00 PM for our seminar, “Beyond the Guest Shift: Building Permanent Alliances in Temporary Spaces,” where we’ll share how guest shifts can grow into lasting relationships, meaningful collaborations, and career-changing opportunities.
Then come join us at our pop-up that evening! From 9 PM until late, we’ll be taking over The Shameful Tiki Room Toronto for Riot of Girls of Rum, serving cocktails from Condor’s Cove in collaboration with Planteray Rum.
What started as a small pop-up in Kansas City has grown into a traveling mobile bar, and I couldn’t be more grateful to bring a little piece of our community to Toronto.

I’m incredibly happy to be back for my first pop-up, surrounded by some of the baddest Latina/Latino bartenders in KC, along with amazing creatives and DJs like , .l, and .
Not to mention the incredible food that will be served by and pastries by .
A big thank you to for providing a space for us to gather and, most importantly, raise money and awareness for what’s happening in our communities and how we can better support each other. Knowledge is power, and what better way to learn than by coming together and being in community.

Y’all… this year has taken us by surprise in so many ways. I know I’ve been a little absent, and I’m sorry 🙂‍↕️
I’ve been busy building toward the future dreaming about what this could be, what it could look like, and where we can take it. It’s been a lot. Challenging, scary, and mostly just very time consuming.
BUT!
We’re planning our pop-up comeback this year and what better way to do it than with the help of some friends. And I mean… a lot of friends. No, like seriously. A LOT. 😅
And yes, we’re making ALL the tropical/tiki drinks of your dreams.
We’ll be announcing more details on WEDNESDAY, but for now, mark your calendars. This pop-up isn’t just about drinks..it’s a fundraiser, with all proceeds going towards some of our favorite nonprofits in town.

Alrighty folks! Pre-orders end tomorrow by end of day!

We’ve been working hard to bring you the best gift for you or your loved ones this holiday season. I also want to take a moment to honor the history behind this cocktail. While Coquito’s exact origins aren’t fully documented, we do know it was born in Puerto Rico through a blend of cultures, resilience, and tradition. Its roots trace back to the island’s colonial era, where local Caribbean ingredients like coconut blended with Spanish holiday “ponche” styles—eventually evolving into the creamy, spiced Coquito we cherish today.

I feel incredibly honored to share my own interpretation of this drink, created in San Francisco in 2023 while I was representing/working at Last Rites. It’s wild to see how far this cocktail has come, how much love it’s received, and how it continues to grow. Being part of your holiday traditions year after year means more than I can ever express. Yes, I read every DM and message—believe me, I usually cry after lol.

After tomorrow, bottles will be available for pickup/sold at , and you can also enjoy it at their bar starting tomorrow!
