The more complicated or niche a cocktail gets, the more likely you are to accidentally exclude guests who just want something familiar. Not everyone wants grapefruit-infused smoked fig foam after a long wedding day 🫢
We love doing:

The wall behind our bar got a little glow up this week.
Layered texture, a few perfectly imperfect brush strokes, and gold leaf that catches the light just right. It’s not meant to be flawless, it’s meant to feel something.
