September is National Bourbon Heritage Month. We know exactly what we’re pouring. 🥃

Barreled in 2017 and harvested specifically for Blackstone in 2025, our private barrel selection from Buffalo Trace arrived last October and has been a favorite behind the bar ever since! It has a slightly higher proof, an exceptionally smooth finish and a starring role in our signature Old Fashioned.

Now the only question is: neat or Old Fashioned?
