Our anniversary menu will include our Pan-Seared Duck Breast with port-roasted grapes, black beluga lentils, Swiss chard, and duck jus, as well as our Roasted Delicata Squash with Parmesan espuma, pickled mustard seed, maple-sherry gastrique, pepitas, and crispy sage. The evening will also feature our Oyster Shooter, Seared Pork Loin, and a decadent Dark Chocolate & Espresso dessert to finish things off.
