Last nights Chartreuse class was so much fun! This homemade chartreuse has 53 herbs + spices - half of which were common plants found in my yard 💚 Stay tuned for our next “Making + Tasting “ with Kinsey , head herbalist (hi, it’s me!) and Samantha Duxbury head bar witch -where we deconstruct some of our favorite spirits to their core herbals and make it ourselves!

Excited to resurrect a Evergreen original and customer favorite “Smokey Bloom” for our Chartreuse Making+ Tasting tomorrow night! A couple seats opened at the bar for this intimate gathering - grab a seat and join us! We’ll be discussing the medicinal botanicals rooted in the original chartreuse, sipping on three different cocktails and discussing their build (2 classics, 1 ER original!) , and building herbal kits to take home and infuse your own green potion! Tickets include sips + snacks :) Hope to see you there!

Saying “see ya later” to a real one 🥲 Jared was with us for just a quick summer and we’re so excited for them as they head to NYC! They made the most of their time with us - crafting a killer cocktail for our summer list, always having a solid attitude , and eager to learn any thing we threw at them. Thanks J! We would never let those Ferjulian's Farm peach seconds go to waste! Flakey pastry on a pillow@of vanilla bourbon cream, topped with a peach compote + peach syrup drizzle. While supplies last!

Hey! Our power is on + we are staying cool today Hudson! Come try our “Sunset on I10 “ inspired by driving through the hot southwestern desert and finally feeling the relief of the sunset. House made tres leches horchata milk punch featuring Ten To One Rum and topped with a chili Mexican chocolate bitters 🌅🌶️✨12-6 today
