Had the best time at Ember and Bean Roasting Co this morning at an invite only cupping with award winning coffee producers from Honduras.
☕️
If you ever have the chance to do this- jump on it! I learned so much!! As a sommelier the parallels from coffee to w**e are unbelievable! Thank you, Jessica Pressley, Carlos, and Fabio! ☕️

Best seller last week??

Our Bistro Burger!

Yep, it outsold everything on the menu, even the walleye!

Our burgers is two custom blend beef and bacon smash patties (thanks to RJ's Meats) topped with two slices Bongards Premium Cheese, lettuce, cornichons, and our fancy sauce served with fries (yes, you can substitute a house salad at no additional charge).

Have you had it??
