Mango key lime tart with white chocolate jalapeño whip cream

This new addition to our dessert menu has been a big hit! We brought bite sized versions to the Hudson Daybreak Rotary’s Taste of the Valley and it was voted best bite of the night! 🤩

Don’t let the word jalapeño scare you- it’s not spicy- it has more of the green flavor of the pepper.

In 1931, Irma Rombauer penned the first edition of The Joy of Cooking, a cookbook that would become America’s most beloved culinary companion. Her warmth, wit, and wisdom transformed home cooking for generations.

Nearly 50 years later, in 1980, her great-nephew, Koerner Rombauer, established Rombauer Vineyards in Napa Valley, bringing the same family passion for creating joy to winemaking.

Yep! We are closed Monday and Tuesday so we’d rather pour it in a glass on Sunday then dump it down the drain on Wednesday.

Which wines? All the wines available by the glass!

It’s not the update we were hoping to share but Amber is back.

After weeks away her adopter made the difficult decision to return her to rescue. It turns out that shared walls were not her thing and seeing people outside was really scary, so scary that she was refusing to go outside. 😔 We cannot imagine how difficult this decision must have been. 💔

The good news is that Coco's Heart Dog Rescue commits to their animals for life and so do we. Amber was welcomed back into our home, she is adjusting easily and we will continue our work where we left off. 🏠

Positive comments only please. No one makes this decision without a lot of deep contemplation and the adopter truly believes it is in Amber’s best interest.

Amber will be available for adoption on the Coco’s Heart website again very soon. 🐾
