Ain’t no shame in some treats of the trashy variety. With 4/20 rolling up fast, we are bringing back our trash Panda pop-up featuring all sorts of delicious indulgences that you may find extra appealing on a day honoring some herbal remedies.
Rest assured, you won’t be disappointed with Monday’s menu that will have Spam, smash burgers, hot dogs, and 2 dollar High Life ponies from open to close.

We had a pretty fantastic time at our lil Apès Ski party with y’all. And you know we love any reason to pop some bottles and eat some oysters….

With that in mind, is shucking up a little surprise today. In addition to his normal deliciousness, James will have oysters for your pleasure today when we open at 3:00.

We’ve still got our holiday decorations up because they’re festive, fun, and a pain to take down.

So in the spirit of glitz and sparkles, we have hidden this cute little disco ball in the bar somewhere and want to reward you for finding it.

🚨 Kinsley’s Deli has entered the building! 🚨

Well, they’ve been in the building for about a year, but now our humble little kitchen is theirs every damn day.

Since James and family started popping up on Sundays last January, we’ve been blessed to death with some of the best sandwiches, soups, and snacks this side of Jersey. Consistency and regularity have been proven to be important to you all and we are proud to have a full-time resident chef and friend taking the helm of the food at Nova.

Fear not, Kinsley’s will not only be bringing their usual smoked meats, wings, sandwiches, and sweets, but also keeping the good vibes going with your favorites (that’s right, the Private Sector burger every Wednesday).

Stay tuned for a new menu, good vibes, and be ready to cheers James with a Disco Nap next time you’re in!”
