Our 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘂 puts an Irish twist on the old favorite with herb-crusted chicken, corned beef Rockefeller stuffing, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a generous pour of creamy béchamel sauce.

You've met our Tri-Colour Rice Bowl, a blend of roasted broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, and sweet potatoes, tossed in warm apple cider vinaigrette, drizzled with a blood orange balsamic reduction, and served over white rice.

Sure, you know the name - but what exactly IS Bangers & Mash?
I'm glad you asked 😆

Bangers are a traditional British & Irish style sausage made with pork, seasonings and cracked wheat giving them a softer, lighter texture than your typical sausage. And the name has a pretty entertaining backstory. During wartime meat shortages, sausages were made with more water and could quite literally bang when they hit the pan.

And the mash? That one's a little less mysterious. Mashed potatoes.

Put the two together, cover it all in gravy (we go a little extra with our whiskey caramelized onions and gravy AND haricot verts), and you’ve got Bangers & Mash!
