We’re closed today, but we’re VERY excited to show off some new additions to the bar! 👀🥃
We’re stoked to partner with one of the original CBC owners on his next adventure at Liberty & Plenty Distillery, right here in Central NC. These guys and gals are making some of the best liquid in NC, and we’re excited to have a few of their bottles behind our bar.
🥃 Cap & Cane Coffee Rum
A warm hug wrapped up in cocoa + coffee goodness. We’re using it in our NEW Bourbon Cream Espresso Martini, and it’s really damn good on the rocks, too.
🥃 Bronze Bull Spirits Bourbon Wh***ey — Batch #6
A limited release of just 1,200 bottles, made with 4- and 5-year bourbon and double-barrel finished in Cognac and Moscatel barrels. We’re using it in our NEW Maple Old Fashioned, or order it neat or on the rocks.

Bourbon, rich cream, espresso, chocolate, caramel & toasted nut flavors come together for the ultimate dessert-like pour. You’ll find it in our NEW Bourbon Cream Espresso Martini. 🤎☕️
