Thursday night, music night! We've got some delicious specials on the board for y'all tonight that include: our Eggplant Ratatouille pizza, a BBQ, Bacon, & Ranch burger, and our famous Brunswick Stew. Our special cocktail is a mango mule and will be served to you by Gracie! We've also got Noelle serving up wings, pizzas, and other amazing menu items!

The Pour Boys will be playing some live music on the front patio tonight, so make sure to come out, grab a drink, and show them some love! If you are a solo singer or apart of an amazing local band and are interested in playing for us, reach out!

The wind is blowing & it's cooling down around here, making our outdoor patio the perfect setting for dinner. This is your sign to come on over to West Hillsborough Pizzeria and grab a bite to eat. We've got Noelle & Kash on the floor!

Tonight we've got a BBQ, bacon, ranch burger & some Oktoberfest on tap. We'll have some appetizers & a dough special released for you all shortly. Our 'cocktail of the week' is a Mango Mule with mango nectar, lime, ginger beer, and rain vodka.

Tomorrow night, we'll be showing the Lions & Bills game on inside, and on our front patio we'll have the Pour Boys playing some live music.

Hello Hillsborough! We recently put up a post announcing our opening of Sunday Brunch & Football Sundays. We are EXTREMELY excited to see you all there and we're still set to open on September 20th. However, our original post stated that our brunch hours are 9 am - 2 pm. This was incorrect & we apologize. Our true hours stay the same as the rest of the week, 8 am - 1:30 pm. On our Pizzeria side, we will still be showing football games & serving up beers from 12pm - 8pm! We are looking forward to seeing your faces with a beer and/or a margarita in hand. Good morning Hillsborough! Part of the big news is that we are excited to announce that we will be opening on Sundays! This is long awaited and we are thrilled to finally get the opportunity to do this. There are lots of new changes coming to West Hillsborough Pizzeria & The Village Diner and this is a big one! With this, sadly comes the closing of Tuesday nights. We will remain open Tuesday mornings in the diner for your breakfast needs!!

Our friends on the pizza side are excited to serve up some beer & pizza with the ambiance of an early evening football game! We've got 5 TV's and a huge variety of games! On the other hand, the diner side will be opening for brunch! Stay tuned & up to date on our brunch specials...because you already know they'll be good. We'll also have a handful of deals including a mimosa menu and beer pitcher deals to name a few. New menus dropping in a few and some other surprises on the horizon.

We hope to see all of our familiar faces & plenty of new ones! Come get to know our staff, get a beer, mimosa, or any delicious menu item! We'll be posting what games we're playing each Sunday before the pizzeria opens, wear your team colors and come picture ready for the chance to get posted! We will be releasing more info as it comes. Good afternoon Hillsborough friends! We have a couple of updates tonight, so make sure to read the whole post!

On the specials board, we've got our crew cooking up strawberry jalapeno wings, a delicious meatball sub with house made meatballs, a chicken & salami pizza, and our classic Brunswick Stew & Fried Green Tomatoes.

We've also got Vito Dito playing some tunes on our front patio tonight! If you want to get down with a pizza and some folk/jazz/rock music, we're the spot!

On to the suspenseful part... we've got BIG news coming tomorrow. Something we know you all have been eager & waiting for. Make sure you keep up with us tomorrow to learn what we've been 'cooking' up around here.

Happy Thursday, all!!! We have some great SPECIALS this week that we are excited for you guys/gals to give a taste...from fresh strawberry-jalapeno-sauced wings to a yummy chicken and salami pizza! Let's not talk about the meatball sub, oozing yummy, gooey cheeses and caramelized onions...yummmm!!! We have for our cocktail special this week a fresh-pureed strawberry/lime margarita w/the choice of salt or tajin on the rim...helllooooo!!! Tim is behind the bar doing his thing with Gracie on the floor showing off those pearly whites for ya!

So grab your family/friends and come on down for a bite!! Or just come solo...we will keep you entertained!!

On another note, we will have some great live music out on the patio Saturday night, starting at 6!! Not much beats pizza, ice cold beer and great live music! Hope to see you here!
