Well, well, well all my NightOwler’s. The time has come for our Grand Opening. Saturday, September 26, 2026 from Noon to 9:00. We have Brandi Behlen and Eric Connor singing, face painting starting at 4:00 PM, food and anything else I can think of. What a First Anniversary . Had the original gang from Katy, TX here again, debuted 2 brand new beers (Irish Stout and Irish Red) and met a lot of newbie NightOwler’s! Come see us today, July 4 in Gonzales, party on the town square until 11:00 pm and watch the fireworks display. We will serve cold beer in frosted mugs all day and until the last customer is done!

Hey all you NightOwler’s, look what Damian Dobbs saw on the Instagram page! That is me on the left and Damian on the right. We both attended the HomeBrew Con Event in 2019 in Rhode Island. We talked to every brewing supply company we could and I ended up moving from a G30 to for the 1 BBL Nano System with double batch capacity and whom I bought 4 of the 2 BBL Fermenters with all the accessories. I don’t know how they found the picture but thank you, this is so cool. Hope to see you all in Asheville, NC in June for the 2026 HomeBrew Con. I will wear my white NightOwl shirt so if you see it, please stop and say hi.
