To our amazing friends, guests, and supporters.

Over the past few weeks, we have been truly overwhelmed by the love and support shown to the rum distillery.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Seeing so many people gather around the tables, share cocktails, meals, laughter, and memories means more to us than words can express.

With this incredible growth has also come a challenge: we simply do not yet have enough trained staff to properly accommodate the amount of guests we are now welcoming each day.

The last thing we ever want is for anyone to leave disappointed after supporting the business.
Because of that, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to move temporarily to reservation-only service while we train and grow the service family the right way.
This is not something we take lightly. We believe every guest deserves attentive service, great food, quality cocktails, and the experience you came here for. Rather than overextend ourselves and fall short of those standards, we feel honesty is the right path.
We appreciate your patience, your understanding, and your continued support during this growing season for the business.
We promise we are working hard every day to build a team worthy of the support this community has shown us.
