If you haven’t looked at our menu lately, look again. 👀

Things are always evolving at RARE. We change dishes with the seasons, source locally whenever possible and make room for a few new favorites along the way. 🍂🍽️

Right now, that means Salsiccia Pizza with house-made mozzarella and sweet drop peppers, Blistered Campari Tomato Burrata with pistachio basil pesto, and Brasato over Cacio e Pepe risotto. 🤌

Carpaccio di Manzo features thinly sliced beef tenderloin and layered with horseradish cream, mustard vinaigrette, Parmigiano-Reggiano, peppery arugula, Maldon salt and extra virgin olive oil, with crostini on the side.

Light, bright and made for sharing… although you may not want to. 😉
