Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant has been serving the people of Colorado an escape from the serious since 1986. We started with one location and the belief that if you create a great place to work with quality food and a good, stiff margarita, people will come. We’ve been very fortunate to have made some good friends along the way with customers whom we call ‘regulars’ and they call the Rio their home away from home.

Monday, June 15, we’re celebrating 40 years with $5 Rio Classic Margaritas and $10 Burritos, all day long, at every Rio location. 👀

Forty years doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of the guests who kept coming back, brought their people with them, and made Rio part of their story. ❤️

Our skirt steak fajitas have been a Rio signature since 1986, flame-grilled to perfection.

Served with everything that makes a Rio plate feel like home: peppers, onions, rice, beans, pico, guac, sour cream, cheese, and house-made tortillas.
