Lena is one of our front-of-house servers, known for her smile and positive attitude.

Her Star favorites are the Tofu Coconut, an Iced Pistachio Chai or an Indigo Hour, and kheer for dessert.

Originally from the Caribbean islands, Karl is one of the friendly faces working behind the scenes.

His philosophy is simple:

💬 “I believe in karma, so I try to treat everyone with kindness.”

When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him out for a run. A recent Fort Collins High School graduate, he is excited to be starting his next chapter.
