It’s hard to imagine Barringer’s without Grant.

At 6’9”, he was quite literally larger than life and his personality wasn’t far behind. Tall, funny, charming, and impossible to miss, Grant had been part of Barringer’s since the very beginning - there was a running joke that he came with the building. 

Grant had a way of making people feel welcome, keeping his coworkers laughing, and making an ordinary dinner feel a little more memorable.

Grant was a cornerstone of our Barringer’s family, and losing him leaves a very big space in our hearts.

We’ll miss you, Grant.

New dry ager in the house! 😍

Fun fact- we dry age our steaks in house because we have complete control of the flavor. Dry aging slowly removes moisture from the beef, concentrating the flavor while natural enzymes get to work tenderizing the meat.

This lends a richer, more deeply flavored steak💥
