What You Will Do:
• Lead the Team: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Drive Excellence: Maintain top-tier food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Boost Profits: Manage inventory, control labor costs, and achieve sales goals.
• Create Culture: Build a fun, inclusive, and guest-first environment.
• Meet Goals: Meet labor and food cost goals with executive guidance.

What We Are Looking For:
• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and a positive problem-solving attitude.
• Basic math and financial literacy.
• Flexible work availability (nights and weekends included).
