Fairhope Brewing Company's Fairhope Taproom and brewing facility are located at 914 Nichols Ave., just a block off Highway 98 in Fairhope, Ala., and less than five minutes from beautiful downtown. Our taproom, offering a comfortable atmosphere to meet up with friends and enjoy a variety of our hand-crafted beers, opens at 1:00 every day. Look for Fairhope beers on tap at your favorite bars and restaurants or on the shelf at stores all over the Gulf Coast!

Saturday's Oktoberfest will feature four small-batch German-style b**rs created just for the day:

•A light-drinking Hefeweizen
•A strong and crisp Doppelbock
•A German dark L***r
•A light and crisp Pilsner

They will all be on tap when we open up at 11:00am -- with brats and pretzels benefitting the Baldwin Humane Society -- and the b**rs and brats will only be around while they last. Prost!

Every couple of months we will turn our taproom into a listening room as a ticketed event for some very talented musicians. This Sunday we are thrilled to have Grits & Greens for one of those shows. They have a sound like nobody else, and they always put on an amazing show.

We created the Fairhope Brewing Company Hall of Fame this weekend, with our first four inductees.

Julie Joyner has worked security at just about every one of our big parties for over a decade -- keeping everyone safe while letting everyone have a great time.

Mitch Johnston has worked just about every aspect of our brewery -- from the bottling line to the canning line to tending bar -- and has also provided the headline act for most of our anniversary parties and Mardi Gras in July celebrations.

Jimmy Conyers was the banker who took a chance on our dream back in 2012, funding our brewing system and taproom.

Finally, Libba Wilkes earned legend status while tending bar during a World Cup soccer match in 2014, when she poured hundreds of b**rs and never broke a sweat.

Thanks so much to these four and everyone who came out to celebrate with them. Cheers!
