There's something special about a warm bowl of Beef Noodle Soup on a cool fall evening.

Our Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup (牛肉麡) is one of those dishes that feels like home.

Tender, slow-braised beef, wheat noodles, bok choy, and pickled mustard greens in a rich, savory Sichuan-style broth with just the right amount of heat.

A beautiful fall Tuesday calls for a good bowl of noodles.

Our Taiwanese Zha Jiang Noodles (炸醬麡) are one of those simple, comforting dishes we love. Wheat noodles topped with savory ground pork and tofu in a rich, slightly sweet sauce, finished with fresh shredded cucumbers and carrots.
