It’s a big weekend in the area—and A Picker’s Paradise is ready! 🤠

It's Defeat of Jesse James Days, so we’ve filled the shop and set up the tent with loads of furniture, home décor, tools, vintage pieces, and some VERY unexpected finds. 👀

⏰ Special weekend hours are Thursday–Sunday, 10 AM–6 PM.

🍗 Bingo Pete's BBQ Food Truck will also be here Friday and Saturday, so come hungry, but make time to explore inside and out.

If you have never visited our digging area, you might be wondering "How are these items priced?" Here's how it works:

Every individual item in this area starts at $10. BUT-- we also charge that same $10, up to a full basket!! So you can buy 2 or 3 items for $10, or fill up an entire basket for the same price!

What kinds of things might you find? Kitchenware, dishes, decor, artwork, collectibles, toys, books, antiques and more!!!

If you like searching for hidden treasures at an unbeatable price, then A Picker's Paradise is the place for you!

PLEASE NOTE: We're closing for three days... but for a very good reason. 🤩

A Picker's Paradise will be CLOSED September 3–5 because we're getting ready for our huge Defeat of Jesse James Days sale!

We need some extra time to make sure everything is ready for you to start treasure hunting on Thursday, September 10, when we'll open our doors from 10 AM to 6PM Thursday through Sunday.

Big Box Store Scanning, or Thrift Store SEARCHING. 👀

At a big box store, you walk down the aisle, spot what you came for, grab it and go. 🛒

At A Picker’s Paradise, you get to slow down. Look behind things. 🕵️‍♀️ Check the bottom shelf. Peek around the corner. Our best finds aren't sitting under a giant sign telling you exactly where to look.

You get to search for them. And that’s the thrill of thrifting: finding something you love, realizing what a great deal you're getting, and walking away feeling like you just won a little something.

If the things at A Picker’s Paradise could talk, imagine the stories they could tell. 😉

- That old radio: Maybe Frank Sinatra sang while newlyweds danced across their first living room. 🎶
- That old sewing machine: Maybe it stitched Easter dresses, school costumes, patched-up work pants, and shortened the hem of a prom dress. 👗
- Those dishes: Maybe they held Grandma’s sour cream raisin pie every Sunday. 🥧
- And that chair: It may have heard more neighborhood gossip than the local coffee shop. 👂

Some things at A Picker’s Paradise have a scratch, a chip, or a little wear around the edges. But only your perspective and imagination determine if they are "flaws.”

Come wander the aisles this weekend. You never know what you'll find — or what story you'll take home next.
