Born in the Swiss Alps, fondue began as a simple way to transform cheese, w**e and day-old bread into a warm, comforting meal. 🫕

Ours is gruyère and emmentaler cheese fondue with white w**e and kirsch, served with sourdough, potatoes, apples, Castelvetrano olives and cornichons. Served 7 nights a week!
