Constructed in 1907, Saint Andrew’s Hall & The Shelter are historic Detroit concert venues known for legendary shows and unforgettable moments in music — from iconic artists to the next generation taking the stage. This iconic venue, has hosted a multitude of live acts and is a favorite of Detroiters young and old. The largest location, the Main Ballroom, features a hardwood dance floor, a bar over 35 feet long, an in-house sound and lighting system as well as a unique VIP balcony level offering prime viewing opportunities of the stage. Located on the lower level, The Shelter offers a private bar, stage, cabaret seating, a DJ booth, red curtains and private rooms. Going upstairs, The Society Room is a luxurious, intimate lounge space with a vintage feel – including exposed brick, original floors, and one-hundred-year-old windows. All rooms have open floor plans and can accomodate seating configurations for groups of all sizes and needs. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office will be open on-day-of-show only.
