Rain, rain go away! 🚧

Due to wet site conditions, the planned asphalt paving of Ingersoll Avenue today (9/14) has been DELAYED. The contractor will only pave the closed driveway areas and then place temporary wedges against the edges and reopen them later this afternoon/evening. The next paving date is undetermined as the forecast looks worse Tuesday and Wednesday. The project team will coordinate directly with impacted properties once we know what day we will resume and how that impacts local businesses. The intersection closure at 31st & Ingersoll will be prolonged until the paving can be completed.

Please continue to support the local businesses in the work zone. Follow signs to access The Station on Ingersoll, Caribou Coffee, Metro Locksmith of Des Moines, Ethereal Beauty Lounge, The Packaging Store and Law Offices of Argueta & Gomez.
